Ingredients :

4 whiting fish fillets, or greater to flavor
half cup milk, or as needed
1 pinch garlic powder, or extra to flavor
1 pinch onion powder, or extra to taste
1 pinch paprika, or extra to taste
salt to flavor
1 Roma (plum) tomato, diced
four teaspoons butter, or extra to flavor
2 lemon, juiced, or more to flavor (non-obligatory)

Instructions :

Preheat oven to 350 levels F (175 tiers C).
