- 4 whiting fish fillets, or greater to flavor
- half cup milk, or as needed
- 1 pinch garlic powder, or extra to flavor
- 1 pinch onion powder, or extra to taste
- 1 pinch paprika, or extra to taste
- salt to flavor
- 1 Roma (plum) tomato, diced
- four teaspoons butter, or extra to flavor
- 2 lemon, juiced, or more to flavor (non-obligatory)
