| Bacon and Tomato Macaroni and Cheese |

Ingredients :
- 1 pound bacon, chopped, or greater to flavor
- 2 huge onions, chopped
- five ripe tomatoes, kind of grated
- 1 (sixteen ounce) bundle elbow macaroni, or extra to taste
- four cups grated Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

- Cook and stir bacon and onions in a skillet over medium warmth till bacon is crisp and onions are softened, 10 to 15 mins. Add tomatoes to skillet; cook and stir until liquid is evaporated, five to 10 mins.
- Bring a massive pot of gently salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni within the boiling water, stirring every now and then till cooked via but firm to the chew, eight mins. Drain and return pasta to pot.
- Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (a hundred and eighty stages C).
- Stir three cups Cheddar cheese into the tomato mixture until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened, about 5 mins. Mix sauce into pasta. Pour pasta combination into a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with closing Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven till cheese is golden brown and crisp, approximately 15 mins.
