Pour seafood inventory over the combination. Add bay leaves. Bring the inventory to a simmer; cook dinner, stirring once in a while, until potatoes are smooth and the liquid thickens to your liking, 20 to half-hour.
- Stir evaporated milk into the simmering stock; add cod, bay scallops, clam meat, and shrimp. Continue cooking the mixture at a simmer till the seafood is cooked thru, approximately 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley to serve.
