- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sour cream

- Layer on 1/2 of every tortilla: 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes. 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon basil. Fold each tortilla in half to shape a 1/2 circle.
- Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with oil. Cook every quesadilla, over medium-high heat for 1 half of minutes on every aspect till cheese is melted and tortilla is gently browned.
- Cut the quesadilla into four wedges and serve with bitter cream.
