| Avocado Mac and Cheese |

Ingredients :
- 1 pound elbow macaroni

- 3 small garlic cloves

- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 2 completely ripened Avocados from Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled and diced, divided
