Baked Caprese Salad |
"A baguette of French bread is cut into slices and toasted with roma tomato and clean mozzarella cheese slices, then sprinkled with snipped fresh basil leaves and drizzled with more-virgin olive oil."
Ingredients :
- 1 massive French baguette (15 inches long), sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons greater-virgin olive oil
- sea salt to flavor
- five roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
- 1 1/4 kilos clean mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 bunch clean basil, leaves eliminated and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons greater-virgin olive oil
- ground black pepper to flavor

- Preheat oven to 450 ranges F (230 degrees C).
