Banana-Nog Cake |
"Using of our own family's favorites, bananas and eggnog, I got here up with this yummy cake! Very moist and flavorful!"
Ingredients :
- Cake:
- three cups all-cause flour
- 1 half of teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- three/four cup margarine
- 2 1/4 cups white sugar
- three eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 half of cups eggnog
- 1 half of cups mashed bananas
- Frosting:
- half of cup butter, softened
- 1 (eight ounce) bundle cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar

- Preheat oven to 325 levels F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a big bowl. Beat margarine and white sugar collectively in a separate bowl till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one after the other, until fully integrated; stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Stir butter aggregate into flour aggregate, alternating with eggnog, until properly mixed. Fold in bananas. Pour batter into organized pan.
- Bake within the preheated oven till a toothpick inserted within the center of the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack, approximately 1 hour.
- Beat butter and cream cheese collectively in a bowl till creamy and clean; beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add confectioners' sugar; beat on medium-low velocity with an electric powered hand mixer until mixed. Spread frosting onto cooled cake.
