"Say 'ole!' with this ambitious and spicy taco dip that includes all of the flavors I do not forget from my many holidays in Mexico. Ingredients :
- 1 pound floor beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- half teaspoon ground cumin
- half teaspoon chili powder
- 2 (8 ounce) applications cream cheese, softened
- 1 purple bell pepper, diced
- 2 teaspoons lime juice, or as needed
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce, divided
- half of cup chopped green onion
- 1 (16 ounce) jar taco sauce
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 lime, zested and juiced
- half of cup bitter cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- Cook the floor pork in a big skillet over medium heat till browned and crumbly, approximately 10 mins. Drain the excess grease.
- Stir within the garlic, chipotle peppers, cumin, and chili powder; prepare dinner simply until the flavors integrate, approximately five minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, red bell pepper, and 2 teaspoons lime juice to make a spreadable aggregate. Layer the cream cheese combination inside the backside of a massive springform pan or 9x13-inch baking dish.
