Baked Ziti Plus |
"Standard baked ziti with sausage, peppers, and onions introduced to the sauce. There can be more pasta and sauce that cannot fit into the pans. That's ok, it tastes scrumptious without baking as properly!"
Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 pounds floor beef
- 2 (28 ounce) cans beaten tomatoes
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato puree
- salt and floor black pepper to taste
- three kilos Italian link sausage
- 2 green bell peppers, reduce into half-inch strips
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 (sixteen ounce) applications rigatoni
- 2 (16 ounce) applications mozzarella cheese
- 1 (24 ounce) carton ricotta cheese

- Heat olive oil in a stockpot over medium-low heat; cook dinner and stir garlic inside the hot oil till gently browned, 1 to 2 mins.
