Barley Black Bean Burgers |

Ingredients :
- half cup short-cooking barley
- 1 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, tired and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mushrooms, minced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- half of red bell pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 huge eggs
- three cloves garlic, minced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- half cup bread crumbs, or as wished
