Baby Red Mashed Potatoes and Peas with Spring Meatloaf |

- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- Scallions, green parts, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh peas or frozen peas, thawed
- Spring Meatloaf:
- 1 half kilos ground lamb or ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 2 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
- 1/four cup milk
- 1 bunch scallions, white elements finely chopped
- 1/four cup sparkling parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup clean mint, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly overwhelmed
