- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana

- Pour banana combination into ice pop molds and freeze until strong, as a minimum three hours to overnight.
Notes :
- When equipped to serve, run warm water over molds until ice pops slide out easily.
- I constantly use local, unpasteurized honey.
- I choose almond over coconut milk, but either might be yummy.
